The Braga Business Association (AEB), the entity responsible for managing the electronic platform www.centrobraga.pt (hereinafter “Marketplace”), is firmly committed to the privacy, security and protection of its users’ personal data, in strict compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.

All content, trademarks, trade names, images and features of the Marketplace www.centrobraga.pt are the exclusive property of AEB or entities contracted for that purpose and are protected by intellectual property rights.

The Marketplace may include hyperlinks to third-party websites. AEB is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites; it is the user’s responsibility to review the respective terms.

9. Updates to the Privacy Policy

AEB reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice.

10. Service Interruptions

AEB may temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance, update or technical reasons, committing to restore the service as quickly as possible.
